Hussian the driver was friendly and had good knowledge of the area which made our tours enjoyable. Overall we found the hotel nice & comfortable with good food and friendly staff. "Stayed there for 3 nights in July'21. Good hotel. We got a very spacious room, which was very nice. The hotel staff and service was good. Food options at hotel were limited, but reasonably good. Only wish - better hot water supply in the bathroom, and better quality bathroom furnishings would have made it an excellent stay. "A very friendly hotel with very good service. Rooms are large with balcony and nice view. Is better to be on the new building but the old one is charming. The buffets (breakfast, lunch and dinner) are good. The market and the old town are only at 5 minutes by foot. The last but not the least, you can play table tennis for free."
