"Paid for 2 x family vila and got 2 x standard rooms. With broken showers. Stain on bedsheets. 1 x smelly towel. Aircon remote in 1 x room didn’t work and the other room had water leaking from aircon pipe. Worst experience for me and my guests in my birthday. Need a refund for my downgrade that never happened. Music going on till 10:30pm. I was then shifted to a room at 11:30pm as they couldn’t find a remote control to turn the ac off. Please avoid this vila at all cost."

"The staff was incredible! They were beyond 5 stars. Everything else, 3 stars or less. I want to love this place so much. I could be soooo amazing. I think it once was. We heard it is new management and things have gone downhill. I don’t want to bash on them- but after three days we left and went elsewhere. Mostly so we could have running water, toilets to flush, and when water was on- hot water for showers. You tend to want a supply of water when paying to stay somewhere on vacation. "
