They need to prepare some instruction for guests to understand the prices and proceses, specially considering that their logistics changed id there was a private function. "Amazing value. The pool is huge! The unit was also large. Easily accommodated 12 for dinner (we travelled with extended family and had 3 units but got together for some meals) and bedrooms were very spacious. Everything was really clean. Lots of food options close too - we enjoyed the West Grill, Diner, Chinese, coffee shop and waffle place (who made my daughter's birthday very special), and used the supermarket and vege stall too. "We stayed here for 3 nights, from the time we check in easy communication with Hannah she also ensure us if we need anything just let her know she will try accomodate our needs. "Had such an amazing time at the beautiful peaceful location just 5-10min walk from Maui bay beach. Property: I came as a little solo retreat to take a break from NZ winters. "I have stayed at the Hideaway for the past ten years. Although there are many other prestigious resorts at the Coral coast, I love staying at the Hideaway because the bures are only steps away from the beach, it is a place of peace, the resort is not too big and therefore not impersonal and all of the staff are so caring and friendly and a big shout out to the manager Miva who would do anything to make sure you all of your needs are catered for. Only negative is the poor internet connection."
