"Outside appearances can be deceptive, The Ngan Nga Bac Ha Hotel is welcoming and friendly. There is no lift, but staff carry your heavy luggage and walking a couple of flights of stairs is good for your health. Take time to sit outside and have a drink and watch the beauty of Vietnam unfold before you, chat to the friendly staff, they may struggle with some English, but super nice people. The manager is very helpful, assisting with problems that are not hotel related. Food was excellent."

Good bed, hot water and aircon/heating. Elevator. No restaurant, no tour booking, no breakfast, no information on anything. No money changer.
