"We were touring around Vietnam and this was by far the best hotel we stayed in. We arrived in on the 6am sleeper bus from Hanoi and the allowed us to check in straight away to freshed up before our day trekking without any extra charge. "This hotel was comfortable and was conveniently located near all of the places we wanted to see. It had a nice big functional bath tub and a comfortable (by western standards) bed. My only complaint is that the aircon seemed to shut off at night (which we actually think might have been because of a light switch we turned off near the door? Unsure) but it was a hot sleep. "

"This hotel is a beautiful work of art. Our room was absolutely massive and it had its own living room area. The finishes in the washroom were beautiful and we had tons of space to store all of our stuff. The view was off the charts. The location is also great as it is close to all of the major attractions and transportation methods. The street it is on, has some great restaurants, coffee, shops, and a fantastic pub."
