"The pool is under construction that was a bummer but they did give us a free breakfast for the mishap. Not being able to have a smoke on your balcony is a real bummer as well, as you have to go down to the 1st floor everytime. I do enjoy this hotel very much tho!! "

"The staff was very friendly and helpful at the front desk. Room cleaning was not great. The shelves and drawers in the room were filthy with dust and dead bugs. I moved the small sofa out only to discover that beneath it was a collection of dirt, bugs and hair. The bathroom has a bathtub, but their water heater doesn't produce enough hot water to fill it. You end up with a tub of lukewarm water. Removing your keycard kills all of the power to the room, so don't leave anything important in the fridge. There is a door in the kitchenette that opens onto the air-conditioning compressors. There is an open space at the bottom of the door that frequently allowed in poop from the birds nesting on the compressors. "
