"ヘルシンキからの船のターミナルにも近く、旧市街地やショッピングモールなどにも徒歩圏内、で大変便利が良かったです。 部屋は広さも清潔さも申し分なく、無料でお湯をくめたり軽食の購入、お皿やカトラリーなどが充実している共用スペースも便利でした。 チェックインは機械でしますが、事前の荷物預けはうまく機械でできず(そもそもできるのかどうかも不明ですが)スタッフに声掛けをしたら荷物室のカードキーを渡してもらいました。 またタリンに行くことがあれば是非利用したいホテルです。"

"There is no front desk. We couldn't figure out how to get in. Finally realized that there was an email from Hessnery not Hotel.com that gave a access code to get in the lobby door, the hallway door and our room. The laundry facilities were great and free. You just needed your own soap. Comfortable bed. Kitchenette was furnished. "

"proximity to airport was everything. Nice 10 minute stroll to the terminal was super convenient. Nice place. Helpful staff. If you have an early flight from TLL, this is your hotel."

"Die Frühstückspauschale macht keinen Sinn. 12€ je Frühstück und du bekommst in drei Cafés in der Umgebung genau 12€ Guthaben. Kann man genauso gut vor Ort bezahlen und ist deutlich flexibler. Kommunikation mit dem Kundenservice ist super, die Koordination mit dem vor-ort-team dagegen dann eher suboptimal. Am meisten zu bemängeln ist die Hygiene des Apartments. Leider ganz viele (kleine Punkte), wo die angebliche 100% cleanliness policy des Unternehmens ad absurdum geführt wird. Schade,...

"Rooms were stuffy, we had no way of turning on the a/c as there was no thermostat in the room. It was hard to breathe ! We had to walk 2 sets of steep stairs to reach our room with luggage, no bell boy! Also there were folded up mattresses by our door throughout our stay, very tacky! To make matters worse they skipped cleaning our room one day. Breakfast was ok. The location however was excellent. I wouldn’t stay there again."

"Ok... first when you are trying to locate the property... it's not on the main street.... there's a sign... but you need to walk into the parking area... there you'll see the lobby doors. Other then that... my stay was great... the staff was very nice and informative. Would definitely stay here again... location is great for old Town. Thanks Bern!!"
