"Excellent heritage property surrounded by lush green trees with beautiful mountains in the distance. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more pleasant. The breakfast offered good variety, and the local dinner dishes were absolutely delicious. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the market."

"The hotel charges sky high rates… I paid 12K per room night in a place like Nainital… in exchange of terrible food, unresponsive room service. The hotel relies only on it’s heritage status and nothing else. Would never recommend it to anyone."

"This hotel is a complete disaster. The mattress, duvet, and pillows, room wall are filthy, and the bathroom is overrun with mould, posing a serious health risk. The room lacks air conditioning, and upon arrival, the floor was wet from a recent mop, leaving us uncomfortable. The bathroom soap and cream containers were disgustingly dirty on the outside, and the door wouldn’t close properly due to excessive moisture. The tap water pressure is so low that filling a bucket for a bath takes an...
