"自駕到酒店入住時，大堂門口已站有多名職員，派發草圖及用簡單英語指導到附近 停車場免費泊車，由停車場步行返回酒店大約都是兩三分鐘。 房間整體保養及清潔都非常不俗。訂房時選擇了全份晚餐，份量及菜式都物有所值。浴場雖比不上傳統溫泉酒店，但露天風呂及三個免費貸切溫泉都毫不遜色。 唯一要批評就是隔天早餐安排，餐廳門口登記職員，並沒有安排指定座位。當我坐下4人座位時，某位男職員用不友善的態度，要求我坐回2人枱，令人反感。 如果登記時酒店能安排指定座位，又或在勸喻顧客時，能採取友善態度，相信定會挽回不少分數。"
