"good hotel rooms very quite nice and comfortable, near the train station and 2minutes from the center. Breakfast was high quality! This is a very rare quality worldwide so this is the main reason I liked the hotel if they had real fruit juice then it would be perfect! Worth staying here."

"Gyor is a beautiful city within a 2 hour drive of Budapest. Definitely worth stopping! This hotel was perfect. The only drawback was that there was not lift which was difficult for my 78 year old mother. We managed and were very impressed with the property, the staff and breakfast the following morning. I would definitely come back to this hotel for a future visit. "

"We stayed for 6 nights, first night was in an older stuffy, smoky room but the next morning the staff was very helpful and let us change rooms the rest of the stay was pleasant. Staff was always helpful and friendly."

"Beautiful room/restaurant for breakfast was very special. Great eggs and fresh fruit. Various foods to choose from and table service for hot drinks was very nice. Glad to have a cooler in the room. No wifi in the room. I had to sit in the lobby to have a connection which was a quite uncomfortable inconvenience, as I was looking forward to resting in bed surfing online, but instead after a Long day I needed to sit up in the lobby and make a booking for the next night. "Overall a disappointing experience. The spa was very nice, but the restaurant dinner buffet had lukewarm food for a relatively expensive price in Hungary. The breakfast buffet was also lukewarm. After breakfast and before checkout time we returned to our room to find our keycards didn't work anymore. Eventually they reactivated them so we could get back in our room to collect our stuff. At checkout the staff were adamant I hadn't paid via Hotels.com even though I thought I had, and they swiftly prepared my invoice and gave me the payment terminal. While I was paying I was checking my Hotels.com emails and bank account, and only after the payment had gone through I found that I had indeed already paid via Hotels.com. The staff were fortunately able to reverse the transaction, but offered no apology for the mistake. We wouldn't stay here again."
