Quiet location, choice of 2 tram stops and a train station. Food shops close by. Room was very clean. Would be good to have a tea towel in the kitchen area to dry dishes, we used a small towel instead. Don't like the unmanned check-in process though.

Exactly what we needed!

Excellent location for visiting tourist spots, excellent size with fantastic amenities. Check in process was relatively easy (unmanned building) and we had no issues at all. Very comfortable, felt like a home.

This hotel is amazing!! We were glad it was our last hotel as we would have been very disappointed with all of our other hotels in other cities if we would have started with this one! 4 separate beds, a nice living room area, a nice bathroom, and small kitchen. The only suggestion is some kind of hanger contraption would have been handy to dry laundry. We were able to rig up a clothes line between the closet area and our suitcase.

Good if you are independent in Japan. There is no onsite staff other than the housekeepers during housekeeping hours, so book somewhere else if you need a Front Desk.

Check in process was confusing with the tablet. No real person to check you in. There was a fee of 500 yen per person which we did not know about. The elevator had a very bad odor. Limited amenities inside the room, only provided towels and toothbrush. No umbrellas provided. The room also had a very bad odor. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Overall ok stay.

It was amazing, convenient, and perfect for what I needed. Surprised there was no tub. A bit troublesome to get in the door to check in. An email was sent a day or two before my stay. Lucky for me I had my son who was studying abroad locally to share his hot spot so I could access my email, AND his girlfriend who is local and could translate the email which was entirely written in Japanese. Not great for a foreign traveler.

室内は広くて、全て綺麗に整えられていて申し分ありませんでしたが、1点、チェックインの際に、ビデオ通話で施設の人と繋がって確認が取れれば進む流れでしたが、施設の人が通話に出ず、暫くチェックインできませんでした。 問い合わせの方にかけて、何とか繋いで貰ったので、無事チェックインしましたが、22時頃で、子供達も居たので、入れなかったらどうしようかと少し不安に思いました。

7人家族(うち一人は未就学児)には少し手狭でしたが、立地条件はとてもよく交通機関や観光地のアクセスしやすかったです。宿泊設備は短期滞在には十分ですが、洗濯や簡単な料理をするには少し不便な点がありました。 全体的には宿泊設備のアシストの速さやチェックイン手順がわかりやすかったことなどに合わせて大変良い所だと思います。

施設内は清潔で、食事を作るキッチンや洗濯・洗濯物を乾かすために使える浴室内のバーも揃っています。食器も一通りあるので困ることは少ないと思います。浴槽はないので、お湯につかりたい人に連泊はきついかも？！

무인 체크인 시스템이라 온라인체크인을 하면 편리한데 온라인체크인을 하는 메일이 오지 않아서 체크인에 불편을 겪었습니다. 건물 인근에 전철이 다녀서 전철소음이 다소 있습니다. 하지만 객실과 욕실 모두 깨끗하고 전반적으로 깨끗했고, 공간도 넓고 쾌적해 가족들이 숙박하는데 만족스러웠습니다.

ホテル自体は綺麗なのですが、チェックインの際、大家族にはかなり手間のかかる打ち込み作業が必要。北隣のビルは工事中、JRの高架の目の前と騒音に問題があり、南隣はラブホテルで少し立地に問題があり。
