Great hotel, bad internet

Hotel is great with large rooms for a Japanese hotel. Very clean but the internet was absolutely worst for a Japanese hotel. For a business trip I heavily rely on good internet but my room in the third floor had an extremely bad internet connection.

Excellent stay. I would like to rent a room here again. It may look like it's far from the tourist areas of Tokyo, but the nearby Tsukuba Express makes it easy to get around. The staff were wonderful and there's plenty of eating options nearby. 5 stars for sure.

Rooms were perfect and big. Bathrooms were spacious and very clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful getting our luggage sent to our next hotel. Would absolutely recommend and stay again

Really nice hotel very clean and tidy, the staff are fantastic, they were very polite and kind and very helpful. I Loved the fact that the train station was literally around the corner next to the hotel, the best way to travel around Tokyo is by trains, it's very cheap and convenient. I would advice you just get a Suica travel card you can add it to your apple wallet if you have an iPhone, you can just top up whenever needed. The Suica cards can also be used in the drink vending machines and all the shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. It's a great location and you can easily access all the major areas in Tokyo in between 40mins - 1hr.

Hotel is fairly new...rooms were good size...There's a ramp connecting the train station to hotel which is super convenient...a bit far from Tokyo about 25mi on the rapid train...but overall it was a fantastic stay...

It was nice to get out of the city of Tokyo yet be in an amazing mini city. Had all the amenities that could be needed. Easy to find and easy to access as it is connected to the train station. Massive mall across a green space of the hotel. Lots happening in the green space over the weekends for the community.

Very kind and respectful staff members(For English speakers, their English is pretty good especially the man who seamed to be the lead staff member). Even though you’re farther away from Tokyo(City) the location is quite literally connected to a subway line that goes directly there and a shopping mall with multiple sections. Hotel room was clean and for laundry you can use an app to use, it also already adds detergent for you which is great.

This is a decent hotel that is extremely easy to find and reach from the Nagareyama-Otakanomori station. Just go out the north exit from the station and walk one minute down the curved walkway right into the lobby.

Helpful staff, clean facility and good effort trying to be sustainable by giving guests the choice of having the room cleaned or a cash back (500 JPY coupon) without the cleaning service. If you didn't have the cleaning service, you could ask for new towels. I love the communal bath on the top floor as well and on the in-room TV screen, we can see how busy the bath is. Very convenient!

The room was smaller than expected. For non native speakers we had to figure out on how to use the room. There was a place next to the door to insert a card to turn on the lights and ac. When we first arrived the jet was almost unbearable and I had to use an app to translate the thermostat. My biggest complaint is that a Cartier bag got thrown away by housekeeping. I wonder what else got thrown away that we didn’t notice. However, overall the staff is very friendly and we’re able to communicate effectively in English. There’s a food court at the train station. A restaurant on the first floor and several dining options at a nearby mall. The hotel is located in a very convenient location if you are planning to take public transportation with a train station and bus stops nearby. There is a shuttle that stops nearby the hotel from Haneda Airport that cost 2000 yen. However, I wouldn’t plan on washing your clothes at the hotel. The dryers are inadequate for large loads and can only support up to 5 kilos. I had to dry my clothes for over two hours and they still weren’t completely dry. Overall it was a good experience and would stay there again if the needs arose.
