" The atmosphere was quite friendly and cooperative. The front desk manager provided with the necessary guidance for sightseeing and ways to get around. The heater charges are extra. A small heater is not enough for the cold weather. Be sure to request the larger size heater. The room with an upgrade has a size able large balcony. The balcony easily slides open, and the monkeys could access the food etc. and leave a mess. At times, phone stopped working, was fixed, though no manager is on site...
