チェックイン時、明らかに経験不足とわかる若い女性が対応したが、非常に不安だった。彼女の後ろに男性スタッフが立って見ていたが、『経験不足の若いスタッフの対応はお断りする』 ひと通りの説明が終わって黙っていたら、案の定、翌朝の朝食の説明が抜けていた。 こちらから、指摘したら、慌てて説明し出した。
