I love how the staff remembered my coffee preference and the wide variety of breakfast offering. Leave room for croissants. Jennifer and Zhenn were great at keeping my room cleaned. "First of all, I did not develop a pre-arrival expectations about the whole trip. But I was at least ready to be met by gorgeous beaches, until I was first met by a very courteous person who was tasked to pick me up right after arrival. Since I did not have any prior experience traveling to that area, I followed exactly what they told me to do. Every staff person I met flashed their infectious smiles that quickly erased every suspicion one can hold when totally a stranger in the area. From there...

"The place was beautiful, the rooms are clean, and the staff are extremely nice and polite. The massage by the pool was relaxing and the food was tasty. However, there were too many rules to follow. You have to pay a fee just to borrow utensils of you bring food from the outside, which is frowned upon."
