"Great location overlooking the bay. Nice restaurant. Older historic property but well maintained and nice. Rooms and bathrooms were nice but slightly small. No AC - usually none needed but very warm when we were there. You can open the windows which helps."

"What an amazing stay at the Butler Arms Hotel in Waterville. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly welcome. The hotel is spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and the views are absolutely stunning. The greeting we received was exceptional. The gentleman called Brian who welcomed us went above and beyond, finding us a parking space and personally showing us to our room. That level of personal service really makes a difference. Every single member of staff we encountered was friendly, attentive and genuinely committed to making our stay enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was also excellent, with a great choice and everything prepared to a very high standard. We also had a fantastic meal at Charlieās Restaurant. The food was top quality. My wife had the steak, which was absolutely outstanding, while the scallops were equally delicious. Overall, a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. Fantastic hotel, amazing views, exceptional staff and superb food. We would highly recommend the Butler Arms Hotel and Charlieās Restaurant and would definitely return."

"Great location to explore the ring of Kerry and the Killarney National Park. The pretty village of Sneem close by offers great food and traditional pubs. Chris and Trish were friendly hosts sharing their local knowledge which was really helpful. Good cooked breakfast and we appreciated the fresh fruit salad and other little extras. The bed was comfy and the shower powerful and hot.All in all an excellent place to stay."
