"Absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. Staff were so helpful. The room was really clean and we were able to have an adjoining room for the rest of our family. Price was great too especially at Christmas time. Managed to arrange with the hotel for a taxi to pick us up st the airport. The hotel was very near to everything. "

"Perfect base to explore Krakow. Room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed including fridge ( stocked with a mini bar) microwave, hob, safe, ironing board and super hot and powerful shower. Everything was spotless and when the outside temperature was -12 our room was warm and cosy. The breakfast had everything you could think off, from cereal, bacon, eggs to homemade jams, fresh honey comb and everything inbetween.
