"There would have been no need for customer service as we were late arriving guests. But a quick phone call to the office left me feeling confident in my choice (of motel) and cared for, personally. "Modern motel with a touch of class that is incredibly clean, comfortable and warm. Communication was great and it was easy to arrange a late check in and early check out. "What a fantastic place to stay in Beechworth!! A lovely old hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, this place was incredible value. I only stayed one night but will definitely stay here again next time I visit Beechworth. The room was small but comfortable and it's very quiet despite being upstairs at a big pub. The bathrooms are outside the rooms and very clean. Highly recommend!"
