The hotel has one cart for the entire hotel, had to purchase personal cart for unload. Security deposit required and was told cash not accepted and was told the release of funds at departure would be back on card in an hour, found out later 5 to 7 business days. The key card had to be reset twice during our stay. The smell of weed throughout the entire hotel the entire time, extremely overwhelming while sitting on balcony. No hairdryer in the room, one was provided the next day. We didn't have day service the entire stay, had to go to lobby nightly to get fresh towels and necessities. It's hard to enjoy your stay when you constantly have to worry about every little thing. There is absolutely no convenience at this hotel. A lesson learned...never again!

Avoid staying at this hotel!! Their rooms are infested with bugs and no housekeeping in sight. Beds were very dirty, dead bugs on the floor and room looks nothing like the pictures! Also no phones in the room to call front desk. Horrible stay!!
