The view is excellent, and the parking is convenient. The hotel/condo is clean enough but very tired in appearance- the restaurant was closed (except for breakfast) even tho posted hours say open - the front desk staff was extremely helpful - we did not use pool or hot tub but it had a lot of activity and saw it cleaned daily

It was the worst stay ever.

First of all the floors were filthy with sand, the room to the right on me was smoking in and outside balcony on the 1st night You can smell cigarette smoke coming through into the bathroom a bar room.. The room to my left Noise level terrible. I complained to the front desk. The person told me.I would have to talk to the landlord that on that condo. We walk outside to the polaria or to the beach and could not get back in.Because I didn't leave a keycard bracelet to get back into the building.We had to walk around the building to the front to get in. We had to enter a 7 digit key code. Every time we have to get into the room with my eyesight this was impossible. I would say this was one of our worst stay ever. We paid $876.00 I expected more for this price not to have these kind of problems.

I didn’t rent thru Breakers, I rented thru an owner’s agency. Most of the customers who stay at the Breakers are owners. The apartment we stayed in was not associated with the Breakers. After I reserved the room they Expedia, I had a message from the owners agent that I needed to confirm my Identity. It gave me an option of Passport, Drivers License, or Government issued ID. I sent a photo of my passport. Shortly after they said I needed to send a photo of my DL. I did what they asked. When I showed up to register for my stay, I didn’t have any instructions for check in from owner. They said they were still waiting my DL. It was almost impossible to reach anyone. Luckily the Breakers desk rep was very helpful and was able to reach the owner and finally was able to get check in instructions. This was a very bad experience since it took us 2 hours to finally get checked into the room. Shout out to front desk for the Breakers going above and beyond for me.
