"Dirty and says pets welcome but big charge to have em with u"

"The room was clean. It’s a condo so we had to bring food, napkins and any other things we needed. We cooked for some meals. Fully stocked kitchen with pots and dishes and utensils. 3 coffee pots. Large beds. We were beach front. Several pools to use if you don’t want to swim in the ocean. On the boardwalk. I would recommend."

"If you need a cheap stay here is your spot. Half the amenities won’t be accessible, or there will be caution tape blocking them off. Hotel was supposedly updated in 2024, but the only thing relative to an update was the tv and some paint. Everything else was barebones, and certainly odd noises throughout the night. Not sure where the hot tub was that was listed. It was a place to sleep, and we used it for just that. WiFi worked great though."

"House keeping could have came more often to replenish coffee, shampoo etc"

"The host were very professional which made the check-in process very smooth, the rooms are very clean very updated, me and my family enjoyed our stay and we will be back in June."

"Our room was in need of updating and repair. Furniture was very worn and the mattress was uncomfortable. Hairdryer and some outlets didn't work. There was a poorly patched hole in the bathroom wall. We were on the 12th floor and one of the elevators was down for more than 1 day. The staff at the breakfast buffet and at the coffee shop were very friendly and helpful. However, the quality of the food was very mediocre. The outdoor pool was not heated, and we could not enjoy it in March. The indoor pool was crowded, often with rambunctious older kids. The lifeguard/security did eventually clear the pool to make it more pleasant for all. The location of this hotel is great and it offers a lot of amenities for families. Hopefully the interior of the property will be updated so that the quality of stay better matches the price charged in the future. We will likely look for other options next trip."
