Room not cleaned during stay and had to request clean towels. Kitchen area poorly maintained. Noisy at times too due to layout."

Having a kitchen allowed me to stay in if I wanted, but the apartment was also close to bars and restaurants. There is a close-by bar that plays loud music, but not super late, and I actually liked hearing the local music. The people I met were so friendly! "Our stay at southern palms resort was nothing short of amazing! The resort is beautiful with big pools and is located right at the beach front. Our room was big and spacious always kept neat by our lovely housekeeper Veronica. The staff at the hotel are such lovely genuine people. Everyone made us feel right at home, starting from the manager daisy who even gave us her personal contact to call her if we needed anything at any time. Elisha the bartender at the beach bar kept our drinks flowing and made sure to have conversation with each person sitting at the bar. The food was fantastic. I must recommend the bbq restaurant which had a wide selection for us meat lovers.

"This all inclusive resort provided all the amenities to relax after our safari and more! Highly rated cleanliness, beautifully decorated, offering multiple activities for adults & children it also maintained our safety within its gated walls. Though we walked few streets during the day without any incident. Street vendors promote their businesses but no issues."
