"Not happy with hotel"

"Easy, not secure. Staff extremely rude, wouldn't add a traveler to my reservation so they could get the key to room. Went on Expedia site and messaged the hotel to add the second traveler that was the only option. I called and the guy rudely was talking over me and I wasn't able to explain the Expedia site, I asked him to "let me talk" and he yelled let me talk and then said no I'm cancelling your reservation. I showed up, no email from Expedia by then 2.5 hours later to check in and he said he cancelled the reservation. "

"Advertise a heated pool, it was dirty and like ICE. If you are a tea drinker, you better bring your own. Room was clean, service was good…great shuttle service to airport"
