The concierge team is impeccable—always attentive and ready to help with anything you need. The pool and common areas are beautifully maintained and perfect for relaxing after a busy day in the city. If I had to suggest one small improvement, it would be to enhance the quality of meat in the Friday and Saturday seafood buffet. That said, I will always choose Mai House for my stays in Ho Chi Minh. Thank you to the entire team for making me feel so at home."

"Just one suggestion - for those rooms with a washing machine, a clothes dryer rack as standard in the room woukd be useful. In the room we were in, there was plenty of soace to store a rack. Some clothes cannot be dried in the dryer. Also more coat hangers. Thank you, "

"Only stayed one night but service was top notch. From getting picked up by the shuttle to drop off, check in was a breeze. I wish had found this hotel earlier before booking a different which I couldn’t cancel. "

"Loved my time at The Icon Saigon. Very friendly staff- Lin was helpful in adding a day to my stay and contacting Vietnam Airlines when I had to cancel my trip to Hue because of a typhoon. Big praise for her. Breakfast was always good, enjoyed the afternoon tea after exploring the city, and Cham was a lovely dinner spot when you just wanted to chill at the hotel. Didn't get to use the pool so looks like I needed to come back!spot "
