"This cozy hotel with marvellous staff is a gem in the heart of Ostend. It’s location is very central: 15 minutes walk from the train station, 2 minutes to the beach and 5 mins to the shopping street. Breakfast was also more than ok, with lot of choices. The coffee could however have been better. The deluxe room was very spacious and clean. Fantastic stay!"

"Small rooms, Extremely rude staff members who went off limits screaming, insulting a single mother with 3 young children, who nicely explained that instead of 5 nights, will be only staying for one night. Had full refunds from Expedia! The hotel itself is the worst choice you may fall on. We went to the Hotel Bero, Great and big rooms, free daily breakfast, the hotel has a Spa and a beautiful swimming pool."
