"I can’t say enough good things about this place. It was relaxing and staff were friendly and welcoming. When I departed on April 9, I realized that I had forgotten my watch at the hotel. Upon calling the hotel, the front desk gentleman drove his motorbike to quickly return it to me at the station. "I really enjoyed my stay at Yufuin Yamaboshi. I arrived a couple hours before check-in time but was able to leave my luggage at the lobby so I could explore the area. My luggage was sent to my room when i returned. The room was very big and spacious and I enjoyed the experience of a tatami room. The view from my window was also gorgeous. There is a washroom in the room, but no shower/bath. The baths/shower/onsens are located in a small building outside of the main block and are separated by...

"The food was kind of art of work, every course and every bite amazed us. The kids meal was also fabulous, full of savor and sincerity. I now totally understand why tons of people staying here gave high praise to meals. Adding to that, hospitality and kindness of staff members were impressive.
