"It was a great place to stay in Hakuba and I wish I could give a higher rating than a 5. It has easy access to all the ski resorts via either uber, taxi or their own shuttle. The staff was incredible and was the biggest perk of this visit we did not expect. All of our needs were met and the staff made it feel more like a home than just a place of stay. I think the experience that the staff brings makes it well worth the stay. I couldn’t recommend this place more if you’re looking for somewhere in Hakuba!"

"Rooms are ok. Beds reasonably comfortable. Onsens are great after day of skiing. Location is good too. Very friendly staff. Buffet is ok, nothing to write home about. "

"Perfect accom!! Shuttle buses to the slopes approx 2 min walk away. Local convenience store super small with limited variety, but okay for essentials. Spacious and clean. "
