"Excellent hotel, with modern style and flair. Room was very well appointed, very clean, quiet and comfortable, with all the modern conveniences and super fast internet. Staff are amazing…from check in through the entire stay, courteous and always there to help. Special mention to the Westin Club staff who were just wonderful. Gym ( with pool and sauna) is very good. Very good range of restaurants, specialities…the Italian restaurant was fantastic, as was the lobby bar and cafe/bakery (delicious!). Highly recommended!"

"Hotel is in a great location for both local sights and access to metro lines. Staff were very friendly and profession. The building is a bit dated and worn, and the rooms are a bit on the smaller size, but that didn't bother us. Great value for the price and no complaints from our stay."

"Great hotel and location. 20 minutes walk to myeongdong street. There is a subway station just right outside the hotel . And ok breakfast both traditional and western options . "

"The hotel had a very clean room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There are stores and restaurants below the hotel. Insadong street is around the corner. Metro station was nearby, which was so convenient. It was the perfect hotel for the perfect Seoul holiday. "
