"The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly every knowledge of the area. Five days earlier I had left my phone behind on a train. Dealing with the lost and found on Japan rail possible without the help of the staff. After attempting to get our phone back from day, one the only way this was facilitated was helpful communication from the staff of the hotel to the Rail company. "We wanted to do a Disney vacation with our kids as Canadians and wanted to avoid the mess in the U.S., so we opted for Tokyo Disneyland/Sea! This hotel was very reasonably priced, clean, room and bed sizes great for a family of 4. Food at the breakfast buffet (recommend adding breakfast to your stay) was full of so many delicious options, and the dinners were as well. Free shuttle to and from Disney Parks. Recommend this property to stay! "

"Very close by to Airport Terminals with regular shuttle bus service. Room is clean and size is adequate for overnight transit purpose. Buffet breakfast has a good selections & choices. Would return when opportunity arises. "

"Very close to Ueno line, which gets you everywhere, and the neighborhood had 7/11, Lawson and grocery store within a block. The staff were amazing and helpful. The property was clean, beautiful, safe - we enjoyed the breakfast and the laundry service. The room was comfortable and quiet, with a nice tv and Bluetooth speaker. "
