"The location could not have been more perfect and the staff was incredibly helpful. They arranged for our taxi out at 4:30 in the morning and made sure we had breakfast to go with us. The breakfast was also very good. Pretty much a perfect place for exploring Riga."

"Hotel has a sauna? Didn’t find out until the last day as no one explained the amenities at check in. The room was quite warm and the air conditioning was poor in the room. Parking was a nightmare. Paid for parking for the entire stay yet sometimes the parking was overbooked. On the last night the parking garage malfunctioned and I was stuck in there for over an hour trying to leave. Otherwise it is a nice hotel, the breakfast is really good. But because of everything else I wouldn’t stay here...

"We have stayed at the Pullman Riga before and had experienced noise between rooms and from the room above but due to a lack of accomodation availability and the renovation that had apparently occurred between stays we decided to give it another chance. On returning to our room to room in the evening ~10:30 we were greeted by the noise of screaming children from the adjacent room and regular noise from the room above.
