"Staff us extremely rude. I went to sign in and the lady at the desk cancelled our reservation because we brought our dog into the lobby which was a pet friendly motel. The manager wouldn't refund our money at first. They cancelled and wanted to keep my $758. I had to call Expedia 20 times and explain my situation which finally a supervisor approved my refund. I had to sleep in my car with my 85 yr old mother."

"The room was a place to stay for a night. The bed was comfortable enough, there was a fridge and a microwave in the room. The clerk was pleasant. It was a no frills stay and that’s fine for the price. Only thing that might bother some is the a/c was noisy. It didn’t bother me."

"It’s a literal dorm room for students. Cinder block walls, spiders on the ceiling, dirty towel left behind the door. We used the room as a cheap alternative for a ball tournament but do not stay here if you are actually travelling to Niagara to enjoy a vacation. We stayed away from our room as much as possible and only slept in it each night for a few hours. The air quality is terrible. Can feel it in your lungs as soon as you enter the room."

"If you have a young family this is a great place to visit. The room comes with a fridge and a microwave and is located next door to a freshco. Hotel and pool is very clean, and staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. We definitely will be back."

"Overall a very comfortable stay. There were a few things that stood out that made it less appealing. The toilet paper holder needed replacing and there was no place to get ready with a mirror except the washroom. The washroom had no place to put toiletries. For the price, we were happy with our stay."

The staff was kind enough to understand our concerns and issued a full refund but I should've trusted other reviews. This was a horror show, cigarette butts in the A/c unit, blood on the sheets, floor boards coming up, shower with no shower head, used straws left in drawers, trash under the beds.
