Hotel berdekatan Muzium Sejarah Budaya Norway

"Ok"

"well"

"Hotel still having "teething" problems as only recently reopened. However, the hotel was nearly perfect in that most of the important points were extremely well organised - staff, restaurant, clean room. The only one let down was that the water in the bathroom was luke warm and far from being hot enough to shower. The staff didn't know how to deal with this attempting to say it was the norm - very disappointed and shall stay in my memory whenever I think about this particular hotel."

"Great hotel amazing staff breakfast was awesome. I know location is perfect. Literally minutes walk from anything. Will definitely stay there again."

"Shower head would not stay in place"

"Excellent location for seeing the museums! It was walkable to the main station and well-connected to the trams. App to check in and out was so easy to use and was very useful not having to worry about a room key. Would stay here again!"

"Overall the facility is good and the location is great. One thing I experienced is that the hotel has central heating/AC system. The room temperature is a little low in Oct, but manageable by wearing some warm clothes. However, the cold air from the vent somehow flowed towards where my pillow was. I asked the front desk to help but was told they could help nothing. As a result I ended up waking up with sore throat and running nose. The hotel needs to take some action to address this issue."

"Cisternen på badeværelset løb en nat og toiletet var ubrugeligt. Hjælpen næste dag var dog ubeklagelig."

"Excellent hotel. Clean, warm and welcoming. Front desk staff were very helpful with information. The Restaurant was excellent and the staff there, both in the evening and at breakfast were some of the best staff working in hospitality that we have encountered. Breakfast was excellent, more than enough choice and the items were very good quality. We ate twice in the restaurant. It was excellent and the chef and waiting staff there were very attentive with a member of our party who had some...

"Very comfortable stay and very convenient location close to the train station"

"Manque d'équipements pour la cuisine: pas de carafe d'eau, pas de micro-ondes, pas de grille-pain, uniquement 4 verres à eau (4verres vin à pieds en +)"

"Good location good staff and good breakfast"

"They put my phone number wrong, made me stay at lobby for more than an hour. We did not get into room until after 2 AM in the morning, and no one helped at site, or over the phone. And they also neglected my email sent in their business hours prior arrival to correct the mistake."
