"No breakfast, no restaurant, the shower area in the small bathroom was ridiculously tiny (60x40cm). So little sound isolation that you could hear children running on another floor.
The people were nice though, and the hotel is very, very cheap. But still."

"Wonderful stay. Hotel was in a good location, staff were helpful and spoke English well, and the room was clean and spacious. The hotel breakfast was also one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had aside from all inclusive resorts."

"Outstanding Hospitality and Exceptional Service! We had a wonderful experience staying at Hera Hotel in Cappadocia! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The reception team was extremely helpful, professional, and honest. They coordinated our round-trip airport transportation, assisted us with booking our hot air balloon experience by explaining the available options, and patiently answered all our questions about Göreme and the surrounding attractions. The hotel restaurant was outstanding, and the included breakfast was delicious, with excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere. What impressed us most was the genuine hospitality and willingness of everyone on the staff to help with anything we needed. Highly recommended! Hera Hotel truly deserves five stars, and we would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Cappadocia!"

"This is a fantastic hotel! We stayed in the King Suite room which was very large and clean. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Cappadocia. The rooftop terraces provide an excellent view of the hot air balloons in the morning. Breakfast is substantial and omelettes are made to order. The staff is very helpful with any questions and restaurant recommendations. The manager assisted with booking our hot air balloon tour with Butterfly Balloons (you must take this tour!) and also our shuttle ride back to the airport. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and we highly recommend it to anyone. We will definitely return!"

"Nice hotel and a great value. Location is perfect for any been picked up for activities (balloons, tours, etc)or just walk around. Breakfast is fantastic and the staff there was great and really helpful. Lights in the room could use some improvement and the rooms need better ventilation."

"The hotel was very nice and charming. The room was very comfortable with a big bathtub with water jets. Breakfast was very good. The little inconvenience was that the hotel was not close for the points of interest, which were reachable only by bus or car. We rented a car and we visited all the important sites and even other less frequented buy tourists. The staff was nice. Three days previous to our arrived we communicated with the staff to arranged a transfer by car from Kayseri airport to the hotel which was confirmed, but at our arrived we found a message that was sent while we were on the plain, saying to send a copy of our passports in order to book the car, in conclusion no car waited for us, and we ended taking a taxi paying $ 130 instead of 60 Euros proposed by the hotel. Other than this unpleasant inconvenient, our stay at Dream of Rocks was very pleasant."

"We had an amazing stay at Elite Rose Cappadocia. More than a hotel, it truly felt like we were staying with family. The family are some of the kindest, sweetest, and most caring people we have ever met while travelling. It never felt like a business. You could genuinely feel how much they cared about making sure we were happy, comfortable, and enjoying Cappadocia. My wife and I had a difficult schedule because of very early activities, including our hot air balloon ride and another morning watching the balloons from the mountain viewpoint. We would come back and sleep in, and they would kindly try to keep breakfast available later for us. Breakfast was amazing, fresh, and carefully prepared. We were also trying to fit in as much as possible at the last minute, and they were incredibly patient. They helped us book our hot air balloon, ATV tour, Jeep safari, and arranged our transportation and pickups, even in the middle of the night. They always made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, quiet, and in a very safe area. I even left our rental car outside with many of our belongings inside and never felt worried. We came for our honeymoon, and they made it even more special. They made it genuinely hard to leave. By the end, it felt like saying goodbye to family. If you want a truly special experience in Cappadocia, do not look anywhere else. You will not regret staying here. We already miss them and hope to return soon, Insha Allah."

"I highly recommend this hotel to everyone! The price is very affordable, and the staff are extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The hotel is very quiet and peaceful, which makes it a great place to relax. It is a little far from the main tourist attractions, but honestly, the wonderful staff and excellent service make up for it. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized, and overall, I had a really nice experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and would happily stay here again!"
