"Excellent! Cannot say enough good things about our stay at the Stanton House Inn. The property is meticulously maintained, the house is as gracious and welcoming as the staff. Our room was spotless, comfortable and well appointed with a mix of modern touches and lovely antiques. The staff is the heart of the home, warm and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious—healthy options as well as homemade indulgences. We cannot wait for another visit!"

"It is a traditional hotel, looks like the hotels from 20 years ago, maintained good, but showed its age. It is clean, but you know something is hidden in the carpet. Good for one night stay, but you would not trust your kids to run around the room with bare feet."

"Breakfast was good, and the surrounding area was great. There were stains on the couches from unidentified bodily fluids, the tub didn’t work and there was poop on the ground next to the toilet. Unclean and gross, and the air conditioning made a loud knocking noise that woke us up every half hour. Also the ice machine didn’t work on our floor. They gave us some money towards breakfast for the inconvenience but I wouldn’t recommend anyone stays here"

"Everything was very good at the hotel with the exception of the there was a terrible sewer smell when we arrived on Friday afternoon on the first floor entry from the parking area and again on the 4th floor going to our room. Seemed not to be as bad on Saturday but did notice it again strong this morning. The carpet on the 4th floor on the way to our room was very dated and dirty looking. "This was one of the nicest hotel stays we have ever experienced. We arrived early for check-in, and Brian at the check-in desk was very helpful in allowing us to go to our room early. The room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was plentiful and very tasty. All in all an excellent experience!"
