"Well sound proof between rooms, I did not hear any noise comes from other rooms or water pipes. But no space of opening views offered like roof top terrace, and just a cafe around corner. Very blocked small property than my expectation."

"The room was in excellent, clean condition and had plenty of square foot space for my wife and myself. The one unique feature that caught us off guard was the glass wall of the shower looking out on the bedding space. We did not find it objectionable. The staff was excellent in helping us."

"Had to have a room change, bathroom was not the cleanest as I found hair in the tub. Landed early and front desk promised to call when my room was ready and did not. Limited towels provided. Rooms and upholstery need upgrading. Definitely not the customer service or quality of amenities that I am used to from the St. Regis."
