"Pros: the staff is very friendly and helpful! They assisted us with arranging taxi transport for pick up when we arrived and also an early morning departure. Great, simple fresh breakfast was wonderful. Con: it is quite an incline from where an uber / bolt can pick up and drop off to the hotel front door which can be challenging with any rolling luggage or if anyone with physical limitations. "This is such a hidden gem in the heart of Lisboa. The patio is so quiet yet short walking distance from most areas. "Good hotel but only about 10 other people staying in hotel so not a lot of atmosphere. Empty. Maid service forgot towels etc which wasn’t great for £1000 a night. Wouldn’t return to hotel when coming back to Lisbon. Was t worth £1000 a night. "
