"There was a very strong Oder of air freshener that made you think they were covering up mold. They had a guy at the front desk helping us that couldn’t hear. It took 45 minutes to check in. Manager finally came and got everything right and gave us a voucher for the restaurant for a drink."

"When I arrived my room was booked by an embasador that spends $10,000 at the hotel so they gave him my room according to the supervisor. They offered me a 1 king bedroom for 5 registered guests on my reservation. In othef words my reservation was not as important as the embasadors."

"We stayed in a K suite which was roomy and very comfortable. It had a main room with a small but well equipped full kitchen, table with four chairs and a large couch. A separate bedroom had a comfy king bed. There were two large tvs in the suite with many stations on each. When I asked to speak with the manager he told me the managers don’t accept calls from customers. When I asked for the email of the manager he refused to give me that and said they didn’t allow customer emails either. "We had no air conditioning for 2 days. Booked the room with breakfast included only to arrive and be told that it was not included. The price to pay for breakfast was way too expensive. I was told that we would get backn1 nights stay refunded to my card and that never happened. The beds were AWFUL. The ONLY good thing about this hotel was the front desk staff. "Do not stay in this hotel. There was nobody at the front desk when we arrived and it took 15 minutes for someone to show up The first night we slept in a hot room. The A/C was not working and it was 90+ degrees in Bethesda. They finally fixed the A/C the next day As if it were not enough, when checking in we were told "the room will be cleaned every other day" to which we replied that nowhere in the reservation the Hotel said that cleaning was not going to be donde everyday. "The food was amazing! Everything I ate at every meal for 4 days was great! Snacks were offered all day long, trails were well kept and the rooms were so clean and spacious. My only concern was the floor I stayed on had a terrible odor at night time. So odd that during the day I didn’t smell it but it wreaked at night and no one had any answers as to why."

"The rooms weren't terrible but really not great. The breakfast buffet is a LIE! Waffles and cereal are not a buffet. I booked this hotel for the breakfast specifically. $150 a night for waffles is unacceptable. The thick glass between the receptionist and us is so thick, you can't hear a word they say. I still don't have my deposit back either. Absolutely FALSE ADVERTISING and deceptive practice."
