"I was satisfied with the presentation of the resort. For cleanliness, I give this location 4 stars due to me staying at the resort for 4 days, I didn't receive room service but once. When asked about the frequency of room service, I was told that extended stays only receive room service once every 3 days. Other than that the staff were pleasant."

"I have stayed at this hotel three times now this year and it is my new Atlanta favorite. My primary reason is the staff; they make the hotel experience every stay. The culinary staff is my next favorite thing here. They pride themselves on the guest culinary experience and they do not disappoint. I enjoy eating at their restaurant, Reverence, every time but equally enjoy the offerings poolside for lunch. The food is always amazing. I highly, highly, highly recommend this property. "

"Everything was great! Exactly as pictured. The property was clean, and the staff was friendly. The courtyard was a lovely place to enjoy the free coffee in the morning from the cafe. We were there for a music festival in Piedmont Park, and although it was a little under a mile to the venue, still easily walkable. Will stay there again!!!"
