The hotel has been well furbished and all fittings work well (other indian hotel ive been to usually had something faulty or not well installed) and were well kept, such as taps being polished well. "One of the worst service I have stayed in this hotel, stay there if you only want to go golden temple don’t expect anything more, staff is very very very rude, good order for breakfast will never reach less than an hour, omelette only can take up to 1 hour or more, iron is in the basement and they don’t allow you to iron in room."

"Incredibly helpful staff, especially Vicky who personally helped us get an Indian SIM card (trust me it's quite a hassle in India) and dropped us off at the airport. His tuk-tuk tour to the Wagah border is incredible, and honestly he was more entertaining than the ceremony itself.
