"My stay in Sarawan Hotel was above my expectations because The room rate was much cheaper than the other hotels around the proximity Hotel was well cleaned Amenities were much cheaper Staff and services were excellent Atrium mall is adjacent and within two minutes walk where one can do all the shopping Property condition and facilities are excellent I will give ***** (five star) all in all ! "Stuff was trying to take more money by saying you can’t pay online you pay here , even though had showed them booking reference but they tried their best, not a family Hotel, will not recommend this to anyone, I checked ina different hotel, couldn’t stay there it was that bad."
