"The location was perfect. We were in the center of Prague. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast, which was included was delicious. The only problem was that the only elevator was broken so we hhad to climb five flights of stairs (120 steps) to get to our room. Hopefully this problem was fixed quickly as it made you think before you left your room!"

"We were out of the room since the morning and returned around 4:00 p.m., but our room still had not been cleaned. A housekeeping staff member came by after 4:00 p.m. We told her that there was no need to clean the room anymore since it was already late, but she insisted on coming in. "Incredibly convenient to everything cool in Prague. Walking distance to everything but with that factor in you are in the middle of the tourist district where food is mediocre, souvenir shops abound and exchange places are much less competitive. Small hotel with old rooms and not much space. SPA is unavailable unless you buy hours for hot tub and sex bed. Breakfast is poor but available better breakfast around. Lots of bars restaurants and attractions just outside the door."

"Wir waren zum ersten Mal in diesem Hotel. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und in allen Dingen hilfsbereit. Ebenso freundlich ist das Personal beim Frühstück. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich, es wurde immer augefüllt und alles war frisch und lecker. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und sauber. "I liked everything about this hotel. The staff were kind and helpful, the room was big with plenty of storage space, the air conditioning was a blessing, breakfast was generous. I am definitely coming bach there next year. My one and only request is concerning the choice of english TV channels. Ten international news channels, which repeat the same news every hour is not the TV entertainment one would expect. Why not diversify with food, travel, movies channels?"

"What we loved: Location is excellent. Staff is very attentive and courteous. As a married couple with a 2-year old, the garden is just perfect to hang out safely (the peacocks were a plus, and our toddle loved them!).
