"Quiet hotel down an alley at the end of the main street of the old town. Like most of the houses in Mardin the hotel is on multiple different levels, so lots of steps! We had a very pleasant stay and particularly enjoyed the terrace."

"Disappointing, given that this is an expensive hotel! They switched our room for a horrible smelly one, and blamed it on Expedia booking ( don't believe it for a second) and one of the manager was incredibly rude. Trying to be a luxury hotel but not quite getting there. Parking nearby difficult, no one to assist with bags, breakfast mediocre. poor lighting in rooms, bad internet, terrible bathroom plumbing."

"What a joke of a hotel. Expedia shows it right in the heart of Mardin Old City, but surprise—it’s actually 5 miles away in the middle of nowhere. Total false advertising. When I pointed this out, the receptionist couldn’t care less. He was loud, rude, and basically told me “not my problem, talk to Expedia, take it or leave it.” Wow, amazing customer service. If you enjoy being lied to, treated like garbage, and stranded far from the location you actually paid for, this is the perfect place for...

"This location is undoubtedly at the heart of Mardin and offers a central and convenient setting. However, parking is a significant challenge, especially on weekends, and I would recommend visiting on weekdays if possible. The facility is in need of maintenance, particularly the bathroom, which was not in acceptable condition during my visit. Overall, while the location is excellent, the lack of proper parking and upkeep detracts from the experience."

"Wir hatten erst ein zimmer wo es sehr stark nach Abfluss roch mit biegen und brechen haben wir für eine Nacht ein anderes zimmer bekommen nach der reperatur konnten wir wieder ins andere zimmer im grossen und ganzen war alkes ok kein top hotel aber lage und aussicht sehr gut"

"Grundsätzlich war das Hotel sauber und ordentlich. Ich hatte das Zimmer ohne Frühstück gebucht, da ich evtl. vor Ort die Option hinzubuchen könnte. Auf Expedia hätte mich das Frühstück 9,00 € zusätzlich gekostet und nach den Angaben sollte das Frühstück vor Ort 150 TL kosten. Vor Ort im Hotel hieß es, das Frühstück würde 750 TL pro Tag kosten. Ein freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Mitarbeiter von Expedia hat vergeblich versucht mir zu helfen, da die Mitarbeiter des Hotels über die mir angegebene...

"Just the staff is an A PLUS, its located at the end of the tourist area , its quiet and have lot of places for dining and breakfast. It was very cold when we stayed, but they helped us set the heater . No TV , but for the price is fine"
