"Location, breakfast, staff that we saw in person were all great. The room was unique but beautiful and appeared newly renovated. Our only complaints were with the automated check in process to get the room key. And once that was resolved the key didn’t work the next day. There are some kinks to work out but it is a nice place in a great location. The young woman who served breakfast was extremely nice and friendly. "

"Brilliant location for walking to centre of Valletta or to ferries . It is also on a city circular town bus if tired at end of a day sightseeing. Very friendly staff who went out of their way eg to heat up some water for an evening Lemsip! Very good breakfast. Would definitely stay there again."

"Great location, staff are absolutely amazing. Great bit of advice from another review which we took advantage of, make use of their sister Hotel as it is central located and whilst this hotel has a Pool their sister Hotel has an amazing view from the pool overlooking the three cities. You can use it for free just like reception now. All in all a great place to stay."

"This is a lovely small hotel. It is quiet and clean and in a great location. The staff were fantastic throughout and the room was great and breakfast outstanding with all the staff so welcoming and pleasant. The only minor gripe is with the description in Expedia's page stating that there is a bar. Whilst there is a bar by the pool on the roof, this is only open during the summer and there is no mention of this on Expedia and it should mention this. However, this was not the end of the world and...

"Superb location in the heart of Valetta, and importantly, this is in a quiet residential side street so you're not affected by the noise and animation of Republic Street's restaurants and cafes. Staff are fabulous and buffet breakfast is great. No complaints and would recommend. Stayed here for 3 nights with my mother in 2 separate rooms. Room 205 is rather nicer than room 103 but both perfectly fine for a stay where most of the time you're out exploring. Take a swimming costume as there;s...

"The communication was really good - we got all the check in info with plenty of time, and messages during our stay asking if we wanted new towels or a room clean etc. The location was also very good. The room smelt a LOT like damp. There was an extractor fan and a dehumidifier but they didn't really do anything. The bathroom was also absolutely tiny - I'm a small woman and I struggled. Overall, an okay stay but incredibly basic and I wouldn't want to stay here for longer than a few nights "

"This is such a great hotel! The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional! Great location in Valletta makes it so easy to walk and explore the old city. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Die hervorragende Lage mit wunderschöner Aussicht über die Bucht auf Valletta und die sehr schön gestalteten Zimmer. "We really enjoyed our stay in Valletta. The team were so friendly and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was excellent, and having it on the roof terrace was a great way to start the day. The room was spotless, roomy, and well-equipped. The location was excellent and there were so many brilliant restaurants and bars a couple of minutes walk away. Would highly recommend!"
