"The location of the hotel is great next to Train and Bus station and also right next to the city center. Most importantly, the staff are simply wonderful and extremely nice and always ready to help. "

From the moment my business partner and I checked in, the clerk made us feel welcome and was willing to go beyond what was required to help us and see to our comfort. I liked the set-up of the fully-operational bar behind the counter that served as the check-in (etc.) desk. I have never encountered this idea before, but it really worked well. It was easy and convenient to go to the bar and order a beer, glass of wine, mixed drink, or water (etc) then find a seat in the extensive table-seating area on that floor, steps away. There were free espresso/capuccino machines at our disposal 24 hours, and these were great and convenient too. The breakfast (for an economy hotel) was very, very good, plentiful, lots of choices, both hot and cold. We stayed two nights and it was our favorite place to come back to and relax after a busy day. I would stay there again with pleasure. "
"It was winter. Booking was done much beforehand arrival but room was very cold and wet. The bad was also very cold and uncomfortable. We turn on heating on max but it was not enough to heat it even till morning.
Suppose hotel staff must prepare room before guest’s arrival and do not freeze them"
