"Included breakfast at on-site restaurant was great and had soo many options. Rooms were spacious and comfortable and clean. Big bathrooms with lots of light. Recommend rooms on lower floors due to restaurant and lounge on 7th floor. Ask for a room with a view of available. Totally worth it. Easy access to all of Pigeon Forge and good location off the main strip."

"Had a room with fire place and jacuzzi. Didn’t try the jacuzzi but the fire place was a nice touch. Unfortunately, when I pulled my sheets down after working all day I noticed ‘someone else’s’ toe nail in the bed. A bit irritating. Told the front desk the next day and the hotel never reached out to me. So, you can use this review as you like. They did have a really good hot apple cider fountain til midnight. So, it had that going for it."

"All the amenities were wonderful and the desk clerk Gabby was amazing it was the guest clerk Sam she was terrible and you literally got kicked out because of somebody making an accusation that wasn't true it was humiliating and I would they have construction going on right under our room at 9:00 a.m. with Drilling and pounding and did not even tell us that and the rooms are not worth the price to go through that kind of headache they love to standing outside for hours to make more money by...

"The lady at the front desk at night was not the most pleasant. Clearly only there for a paycheck. Wasn’t rude or anything but wasn’t too happy to be there. The entire facility seemed to be really clean. However, the sheets seemed to have a slightly odd smell. The room was very clean but sheets seemed questionable. Not a bad stay all but will likely pursue somewhere else next time."
