"The staff was good. We had trouble with the tv, but staff member came in to fix the issue. I did pre-check in, and had to redo check in again at the front desk. "

"Staff asked me to scan my card. Then they “had an issue” and asked me to scan it again. I said “I hope you aren’t going to double charge me”. Noticed there were two charges and figured one was a deposit. Bope, they double charged me. Called them on a Tuesday and the assistant manager could see the double charge but couldn’t remove. Said the manager would be there in two hours. Asked for an email, call or text when they refund me. Three days later still no response. I called the hotel two days later bc no response and couldn’t get anyone to answer. Called 17 times that day. "

"In need of repairs!!! Bathroom walls pulling away from tub looks like water damage. Mattress to small for bed frame. Smelled of pot! Curtains off holder so didn’t close all the way Staff polite and helpful Room was clean"
