"The location very amazing, and convenience store very next to the hotel.
Only complaint was the bed was quite small for me and my 8 yr old daughter. "
"Had a fantastic stay here with the family.
The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond. Special shout out to Trinh who gave us some koinobori and made our little ones very happy!
Location was great. Nearest Donki is a 20 minute walk, which helped when we needed to buy an extra suitcase last minute.
Coin laundry was a bonus especially with a young family, and the rooms were nice and large. Theres also a lovely rooftop terrace.
Highly recommend staying here."
"We had a most wonderful time at the aoyama grand. The rooms and service were 5-star. The staff was incredibly helpful in helping to find restaurants, holding our bags after check out and ordering a taxi for us. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!"

"I stayed for 2 weeks. You do not want to do laundry here. Don’t leave your international drivers license on the bed. It will get tossed. My fault, not theirs.
Zero storage for clothes so you can pile it all on the desk or keep in your suitcase."
