"We didn’t have are room clean the entire stay had to request towels and have them pick up the dirty ones."

"Stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Everyone was kind and helpful,from the front desk to the room attendants. Breakfast was a plus. Will stay again when visiting Plant City. Rooms were recently renovated. Bed was confer table and so was the air conditioner. Only drawback was the elevator was so slow."

"The property is dated and could use refurbishment and it's underway. Mostly it needs to be brightened up by repainting and the carpet removed and or replaced. However, everything was clean including bedding, floors and furnishings. It was an older Ramada Inn with their older dark colors. My wife and I never felt uncomfortable and would/will stay there in the future. It's location is in an area of low income spread. We read all previous ratings before going there. "Hotel was not open. We attempted to stay on Nov. 1. There was a sign on the door stating the office was only open 7am-11pm (Nothing about the office hours was listed on the hotels.com profile). The door to the hotel was locked, and no answer when we arrived at 11:02 pm. Through the locked door we could see several large carpet rolls. There were no other cars in the parking lot. I saw on other reviews that they got sent to a different hotel, which makes me think they are under renovation right...

"Fine hotel but two issues for us makes me not give five stars. We were in a room on the ground floor and around 5:30am, there was a bunch of loud slamming noises. No idea what it was coming from. It would happen and then stop. And then start again. It went on until almost 6 and then stopped completely. But by then the damage was done and I was awake. Secondly our shower was either scalding hot or barely warm, couldn’t go in between. Wouldn’t stay here again, plenty of other options in Lakeland...
