"I was placed in a room that I could even shower in be cause the drain was clogged. Maintenance wasn’t going to be there until after checkout time. "

"The man that checked us in was rude, the towels in the room was dirty glad I travel with my own, for the first 2 days the water would not get hot until the morning we checked out. I would say you get what you pay for but I can’t even say that."

"Great experience, problem with our original room, so we were promptly moved to a nicer room. Nice breakfast, clean and orderly. Staff is friendly and attentive."

"Check IN with virtual assistant was not expected. Would help if the attendant spoke louder and better English. Also, with new system helpful in giving pre and post expectations (ie Check out procedure). A/C fan ran all night even with warmer temp selection. Began to get cold in the early morning had to shut off. West coast person so parking lot noise was very early. alarm from vehicle next to broke down truck made sleeping difficult. I am ADA with balance issues. Tub basin was very slippery getting and I actually slipped and fell turning in shower. Minimal bath towels with no bathmat or hand towels. House keepers were very nice."

"OMG the picture is sooo photo shopped ! The bathroom ceiling was falling in and brow stained! I I wouldn't have gotten in soo late because of weather delay! The bed was clean. No bugs we saw! The area is madness people up all night drinking and cussing! I would have left but I was leaving today ad yesterday I was gone until 9pm because I was going to Survivor the show auditions! My husband slept in his clothes ! We definitely was on Survivor! The pictures lie!"
