"The room was clean with nice linens, great bed pillows and mattress was amazing!! Check in was easy. Only one elevator was operational and that was inconvenient. Maintenance needs to work on toilet. Bowl did not always fill after use without manual help!!! Also, the front doors to the lobby need to open automatically as it was very difficult to get luggage carts through them. The doors are very heavy and one person has a hard time keeping the door open and navigating the cart! No valet or doormen to help!"

"Guest desk was professional and polite. Room was good and maintained. Bed was comfortable. The hotel was quiet which made the stay good. The bathroom was clean. But the towels some had hair on them that should be checked before placing in the rooms. But I guess you can’t control function of the washer and dryer in removing hairs. The breakfast was okay but limited if you attend an hour before the cut off time. It was nine o’clock when I arrived for breakfast and there wasn’t many options. I expected it to be more stocked even if it’s a hour to cut off time. The little I got was a few pieces of sausage, two omelette and a runt banana. I really was expecting more especially waffles but I didn’t see any batter to prepare. Overall the hotel was good and convenient for my stay. Just a few little tweaks could be fixed. I do plan on booking another stay. Any other amenities I wasn’t able to use due to the time frame of me being there."

"Room was clean and functioning. Easy access and location is central although restaurants are limited in Lake Village. The pool looked permanently closed. Breakfast was cold cereal, milk, bread, etc."

"Room was well lit, but bedspreads were stained, shower was clean but need needs update. Overall the stay was excellent except for there was only one set of towels in the room and that we had two people staying, the floors could use a really good cleaning and mopping since I walked on the floor Barefoot and my feet got filthy. I give the room an 8 out of 10 rating"

"So from the state of Dumas in general, the hotel was in stunning shape. The rooms had nice tvs, small coffee pots and housekeeping daily. I was shocked that they had daily housekeeping as many smaller places with affordable rooms like this tend to do it weekly. There was a small breakfast available between 6:30 and 9 which I was not expecting, but I enjoyed the limited offerings they had. 10/10 will stay here again when I come into town for work. The only complaint I had (which was not the owner/operator's fault) was that someone below me decided to have a party on one of my last nights there, and had music playing so loudly that it shook stuff on the desk in my room."
